Metal Sheathed Mineral Insulated RTD Cable for Temperature Detecting, also called RTD MIC, compose of copper or Nickel signal wire conductors and stainless steel or Inconel outer metal sheath. The mineral normally known as compact magnesium oxide are filled between the space of nearby conductor lead wires. There are several choices for the core numbers such as 2 ,3 , 4 or 6 showing the number of wire internal conductors.

Quality Inspection
When product manufacture is finished, every coil of cable should undergo a series of quality assurance tests.
1 Sheath integrity (water immersion test)
2 Dimensional tolerances
3 Surface finish
4 EMF calibration
5 Insulation resistance
6 Sheath ductility
7 Conductor ductility
Testing report is available upon request. Additional specialty tests can be arranged as per customer’s requirement.
