Description

Before Pump Heating And After Pump Heat Trace Down Hole Electric Heater

Before Pump Heating and After Pump Heat Trace Down Hole Electric Heater is a complete set of downhole electric heating technology and device specially developed by MICH with the component of integrated three-conductor in one cable directly put into pipes before pump, the converter converts integration of three core cable to integration of three single core cables from the pipe, which leads to the single core cable fixed on the surface after-pump tubing, from the large tree cross wing mounting and external power supply connection, so as to realize the before-pump heating and after-pump heat trace. If only considering the heating before the pump, the cable crossing pump and the cable after the pump can use the well pump flat cable or three single core mineral insulated cables to introduce the working power. It can be used in both onshore and offshore oil fields to effectively enhance oil recovery, can ensure the stability of oil and gas production, increase oil and gas production capacity and reduce the total cost of oil and gas extraction.

Pump Heating 25KW Mineral Insulated Heaters Viscosity Decreasing

The system uses the current-thermal effect principle to directly convert electrical energy into heat energy. Long line heating possesses good high temperature performance. The heating length can reach more than 2000m with the highest voltage grade 4160VAC, maximum unit heating power up to 5000W/m, the highest temperature withstanding up to 1000℃.

The system can be widely used in:

-- Viscosity reduction process for heavy oil;

-- Heavy oil thermal recovery technology: fire flooding, steam flooding, steam huff and puff;

-- Anticondensation and wax plugging removing of oil and gas wells;

-- Heating of in-situ shale oil conversion process.

In the field of heavy oil application, compared with the traditional chemical and physical viscosity-reducing mining processes, the system uses clean electric power energy, which is environmentally friendly, convenient to install and use, and has lower investment, operation and maintenance costs.

In addition, the system can reduce or even eliminate the use of lean oil or other chemicals and the amount of water used, with very little risk of impact or damage to the environment.

According to your needs, we can provide the following services:

(1) Design and selection of electric heating system for oil well;

(2) Supporting facilities for electric heating system of oil well;

(3) In-well operation of electric heating system for oil well;

(4) Operation and maintenance of electric heating system of oil well.

The oil well heating system takes the integrated mineral insulated heating cable (referred to as the integrated cable) in the cooling and heating sections as the core component, and forms a complete set of electric heating system by supporting electric heating control cabinet, booster transformer and other electrical control systems and installation accessories.

Integrated cable assembly

Structure

Composed of an integrated cable, terminal, and tail, the heater is usually prefabricated by the manufacturer to be used directly in the well. For the customers with the corresponding design and processing ability, heater parts can be supported with their own terminal and tail end.

The integrated cable is composed of two parts: cold end cable (commonly known as "cold section") and heating cable (commonly known as "hot section") with the same outer diameter to the cold end. In the manufacturing process, a metal sheath mineral insulated continuous and integrated cable with the same outer diameter is formed.

Among them:

-- Cold section: used for power transmission to heating cable, without obvious heating;

-- Hot section: the thermal effect of the current will be used to convert the introduced electric energy into heat energy. The heating is obvious and the temperature is high.

The structure consists of cold section and hot section conductors composing of compacted mineral insulation powder and metal sheath.

According to the conductor core number, there are the following three structural forms:

(1) single core, applied to:

-- three-phase electrical circuit (3 cables),

-- Two-phase electrical circuit (2 cables),

-- Single-phase electrical circuit (2 cables);

(2) two cores, used in single-phase or two-phase electrical circuits;

(3) three cores, applied to the three-phase circuit.

Material

The materials of the integrated structure cable are shown in the following table, in which the metal sheath material should be selected according to the service temperature and the corrosion grade of the surrounding medium, so as to ensure the expected economic service life.

Structure name material
Conductor Cold end Copper
Hot end Copper, copper-nickel alloy, nickel-chromium alloy
mineral powder insulation Magnesium oxide
Metal Sheath

300 series austenitic stainless steel: 321, 316, 317, 347, 309, 310, etc

Nickel base alloy: Inconel 600,825 corrosion resistant alloy
