1. Classification of small loaders Heavy Duty Construction Machinery
Commonly used small loaders are classified according to engine type, transmission form, walking system structure, shovel unloading method.
(1) Engine model:
① Model less than 22 is a miniature loader
② Models 24~28 are small loaders
③ Models 2105~485 are medium loaders
④ Models greater than 4102 are high loaders
(2) Transmission form:
① Hydraulic - mechanical transmission, small impact vibration, long service life of transmission parts, easy operation, automatic adjustment between speed and external load, generally used in medium and large loaders;
② Hydraulic transmission: can be stepless speed regulation, control between convenient, but the start-up is poor, generally only used in small loaders;
③ Electric drive: stepless speed regulation, reliable work, simple maintenance, high cost, generally used in large loaders.
(3) Walking structure:
① Tire type: light weight, fast speed, flexible mobility, high efficiency, not easy to damage the road surface, ground specific pressure, poor passability, but widely used;
2 Crawler type: small ground pressure, good passability, low center of gravity, good stability, strong adhesion, large traction, large specific cutting force, low speed, relatively poor flexibility, high cost, easy to damage the road surface when walking.
(4) Loading and unloading mode: front unloading type
(5) Drive mode: small loading machine for rear-wheel drive, medium for four-wheel drive, high configuration for hydraulic.
2. The main parts of the small loader Heavy Duty Construction Machinery
Including engine, torque converter, gearbox, front and rear drive axle, frame site.

(3) Working hydraulic oil circuit, hydraulic oil tank, working pump, multi-way valve, lifting cylinder and tipping bucket cylinder;
(4) Traveling oil circuit: transmission oil sump oil, traveling pump, one way torque converter, one way gear valve, transmission clutch;
(5) Drive: drive shaft, main differential, wheel reducer;
(6) Steering oil circuit: oil tank, steering pump, steady flow valve (or priority valve) steering gear, steering cylinder;
