1. Heavy Duty Construction Machinery Small loader introduction

Small loaders are suitable for work sites that require large amounts of concrete. When matching concrete, the raw materials (stones, sand and cement) required by general construction enterprises are mostly transported from the material yard to the mixer by using a human trolley. This method relies on manual loading and manual handling, which has high labor intensity and low production efficiency, and is not suitable for modern production requirements. However, the large loader is not suitable for use, so the agricultural tractor is converted into a practical small loader to effectively solve this problem.

Small loader is a kind of earth and rock construction machinery widely used in highway, railway, hydropower, construction, port, mine and other construction projects, it mainly uses small loader to load and unload soil, sand, lime, coal and other loose materials, but also can be used for ore, hard soil and other light shovel digging operations.

The replacement of different auxiliary working devices can also be used to move earth, lift and load and unload other materials such as wood.

In road construction, especially in high-grade highway construction, small loaders are used for filling and digging of roadbed engineering, aggregate and loading of asphalt mixture and cement concrete yard.

In addition, it can also be used to push soil, scrape the ground and pull other machinery. Because the small loader has the advantages of fast working speed, high efficiency, good mobility and light operation, it has become one of the main types of earthwork construction in engineering construction.

Commonly used small loaders are classified according to engine type, transmission form, walking system structure, shovel unloading method.

(1) Engine model:

① Model less than 22 is a miniature loader

② Models 24~28 are small loaders

③ Models 2105~485 are medium loaders

④ Models greater than 4102 are high loaders

(2) Transmission form:

① Hydraulic - mechanical transmission, small impact vibration, long service life of transmission parts, easy operation, automatic adjustment between speed and external load, generally used in medium and large loaders;

② Hydraulic transmission: can be stepless speed regulation, control between convenient, but the start-up is poor, generally only used in small loaders;

③ Electric drive: stepless speed regulation, reliable work, simple maintenance, high cost, generally used in large loaders.

(3) Walking structure:

① Tire type: light weight, fast speed, flexible mobility, high efficiency, not easy to damage the road surface, ground specific pressure, poor passability, but widely used;

2 Crawler type: small ground pressure, good passability, low center of gravity, good stability, strong adhesion, large traction, large specific cutting force, low speed, relatively poor flexibility, high cost, easy to damage the road surface when walking.

(4) Loading and unloading mode: front unloading type

(5) Drive mode: small loading machine for rear-wheel drive, medium for four-wheel drive, high configuration for hydraulic.
