1. "Four Requirements" of equipment maintenance

(4) Safety: implement the system of fixed personnel, fixed machine and shift change;Familiar with the equipment structure and abide by the operation rules, reasonable use of equipment, careful maintenance of equipment, to prevent accidents.
2. Contents of on-site equipment maintenance and management
Equipment maintenance work, according to the time can be divided into daily maintenance and regular maintenance;According to the maintenance mode, it can be divided into general maintenance, regional maintenance and key equipment maintenance.The maintenance work generally includes; View, check, adjust, lubrication, disassembly and repair and other on-site management and maintenance work.
(1)Daily maintenance of equipment (equivalent to the daily maintenance of the three-level maintenance system) Daily maintenance of equipment includes daily maintenance and weekend cleaning. Daily maintenance requires the operator to check the lubrication system, transmission mechanism, control system and sliding surface before starting the equipment in each shift. In the class, the equipment should be used strictly according to the operating rules, and the problems should be dealt with in time; Before work to carefully clean equipment, remove iron scraps, welding slag, and wipe clean. Coat the sliding surface with oil. Every weekend, the equipment shall be thoroughly cleaned and wiped, and maintained according to the four requirements of "neat, clean, lubricated and safe". The maintenance workers and responsible personnel of the equipment management department shall check and score respectively, and publish the result of the inspection and score. Evaluation once a month, a total evaluation at the end of the year, the performance of the outstanding will be rewarded, in order to mobilize the enthusiasm of the operators to maintain equipment, so that the daily maintenance work to be routine and institutionalized.
(2) Regular maintenance of equipment (equivalent to level 1 maintenance of three-level maintenance system) Regular maintenance of equipment is under the guidance of maintenance workers, equipment operators in accordance with the regular maintenance plan to disassemble and inspect some parts or key parts of the equipment, thoroughly clean the interior and exterior, dredge the oil circuit, clean or replace the oil seal, sealing ring, adjust the clearance of each part, tighten each part. The maintenance electrician is responsible for the maintenance of electrical parts. After the completion of regular maintenance, the equipment maintenance record should be filled in, and the main problems and requirements should be indicated. The maintenance team leader and production foreman should accept the equipment, and the electrical engineer should put forward the treatment opinions and feed back to the equipment management department for processing.
The "regular maintenance" interval of equipment is generally: the equipment produced by the two-shift system is carried out once every three months, usually by professional maintenance workers for regular cleaning and adjustment.
The main contents of regular maintenance of equipment are:
A. Remove the specified parts, box cover and protective cover, thoroughly clean, wipe the inside and outside of the equipment.
B. Check and adjust the clearance of each part, tighten the loose part, and replace individual wearing parts.
C. Dredge the oil circuit, increase the oil amount, clean the filter oil wall, oil seal, sealing ring, oil label, change the hydraulic oil and clean the tank.
D. clean the sliding surface, remove burrs and scratches.
E. Clean, check and adjust electrical wiring and devices (responsible for maintenance electrician).
(3) Area maintenance of equipment
Regional maintenance of equipment is the enterprise according to the production area equipment ownership or equipment type is divided into several areas, maintenance workers have a clear division of labor and close cooperation with the operator, responsible for urging and guiding the equipment operators in the jurisdiction of the area to operate correctly, rational use, careful maintenance of equipment;
Conduct tour inspection, master the operation of equipment, and undertake certain equipment maintenance work; Responsible for the implementation of assessment indicators, such as equipment completeness rate, failure shutdown rate, etc. Regional maintenance is a kind of post responsibility system to strengthen equipment maintenance management for production service and mobilize the enthusiasm of maintenance workers. The work contents of area maintenance are as follows:
A. The maintenance worker on duty shall take the initiative to patrol the installation level and accuracy of the equipment in the responsible area every day, and make detailed records for archiving for future reference.
C. Environmental requirements Anti-vibration and anti-rain, the enterprise shall take corresponding measures to ensure that the performance of the equipment is not affected.
D. If abnormal phenomenon is found in the operation of the equipment, it shall be stopped immediately for maintenance. It is not allowed to operate with illness.
E. Operate in strict accordance with the processing range specified in the equipment instruction manual, and do not allow the use of equipment beyond specifications, overload or pressure.
F. The lubricating oil of the equipment shall be used in strict accordance with the regulations and shall not be substituted. The lubricating oil must pass testing and be filtered before being added to the tank.
R. If the equipment is not used for a long time, it should be wiped, lubricated and operated empty regularly.
W. Equipment accessories and special tools should be kept in a special cabinet rack, to keep clean, prevent rust and bruise, do not lend or for other purposes.
Equipment lubrication is an important link in the field use and maintenance of machinery and equipment. Correct and reasonable lubrication of equipment can reduce friction and wear of equipment parts, prolong the service life of equipment, give full play to the efficiency of equipment, reduce functional loss, prevent equipment rust. On the contrary, ignoring the lubrication work of equipment, improper lubrication of equipment, will accelerate equipment wear, resulting in frequent equipment failures and accidents, accelerate the deterioration of equipment technical status, so that product quality and output are affected. Therefore, equipment management, users and maintenance personnel should pay attention to the lubrication of equipment.
