1. Three cylinder dryer structure Features for Metallurgy Machine

The self-insulation efficiency of the cylinder is more than 80% (the thermal efficiency of the traditional single cylinder dryer is only 35%), and the thermal efficiency is increased by 45%. Fuel can be coal, oil, steam, can dry 20-40mm below the block, granular material, powder material. The floor area is small, less than the single drum dryer covers an area of about 50%, the civil construction investment is reduced by about 50%, the power consumption is reduced by about 60%, according to user requirements, easy to control the final water required, the lowest can be adjusted to below 0.5%. Low exhaust temperature, dust removal equipment cloth bag life increased to 2 times the normal. No big gear drive, the use of supporting wheel drive, smooth operation, high equipment operation rate, basically no maintenance, reduce costs. Discharge temperature below 60 degrees, can be continuous production, packaging, no need to enter the cooling shed or (warehouse) cooling.
