Castings And Forgings Grinding Steel Ball With Material B2 And B3
1. Product introduction of grinding steel ball:
Grinding steel ball refers to the steel ball used for grinding mill materials, actually is a kind of grinding body. It should be said that wear-resistant steel ball is just a kind of ball grinding steel ball, is not wear-resistant steel ball can also be called grinding steel ball. Such as casting steel ball (high chromium ball, medium chromium ball, low chromium ball), forging steel ball, rolling steel ball, bearing steel ball can be called grinding steel ball, where engaged in grinding operations can be called grinding steel ball.
Steel balls are widely used in bearing, hardware, electronics, iron art, mechanical equipment, electric power, mining, metallurgy and other fields.

2. Technical standard of grinding steel ball:
(1) Hardness test is the most important data for whether the grinding steel ball is wear-resistant, which can be tested by Rockwell hardness tester. Practice shows that the service life of steel balls with HRC60 and above is more than twice of HRC40-50.
(2) Low chromium steel ball refers to chromium content ≤3.0%, carbon content between 1.80%-3.30% of the steel ball is low chromium ball, the national standard requirements of low chromium ball hardness (HRC) must be ≥45 degrees above, if the use of low chromium ball quality recommendations must use heat treatment tempering or vibration aging treatment. If the test hardness (HRC) is below 40 degrees, the low chromium ball hardness is insufficient or overburning.
(3) Application field:
Grinding steel balls are widely used in metallurgical mines, cement building materials, thermal power generation, flue gas desulfurization, aerated concrete, magnetic materials, chemical industry, coal water slurry, pellets, slag, ultrafine powder, fly ash, calcium carbonate, quartz sand and other industries.
