Selection of supporting wheel material of rotary kiln
In general, the rotary kiln supporting wheel is more than 20HB hardness than the outer circle surface of the belt. In the calcining operation of rotary kiln, the material selection of its supporting wheel is extremely important. Generally speaking, we will choose the tug of the right material to intervene in the production according to the actual operation of rotary kiln, and there is a reference scale in the process of external selection.
In the actual operation of rotary kiln supporting wheel, if the diameter of kiln used is less than 4 meters, the material used should be higher than JC/T401.2 and zg340-640 related criteria, and the castings involved in the production need to be normalized and tempered, after processing, the surface hardness of the outer circle is higher than 190HB.
After meeting all the above mentioned reference standards, the application of the supporting wheel in the calcining of rotary kiln materials will be more effortless, and it also provides a basis for the efficient production of rotary kiln. If the rotary kiln diameter is more than 4 m, the material should be higher than JB/T6402 and ZG42CrM0 related criteria.
