Industrial cooler used in compound fertilizer production
Cooler: Alias drum cooler, used in the production of compound fertilizer, cooling fertilizer with certain temperature and particle size, and matching with dryer. It can greatly improve cooling speed, reduce labor intensity and increase output. Further removal of some water and reduction of grain temperature of compound fertilizer. It can also be used for cooling other powdery and granular materials.
Introduction of Cooler
Types of industrial coolers: single-barrel cooler, double-barrel cooler, grate cooler, clinker cooler, etc.
Single-barrel cooler: Single-barrel cooler is suitable for cooling clinker from rotary kiln, at the same time, it can absorb a large amount of heat energy edge air carried by high-temperature materials, so as to preheat the combustion-supporting air into the kiln to high temperature, so as to strengthen calcination and reduce heat consumption. It is an important supporting equipment of rotary kiln.
The clinker cooler is an important supporting equipment of cement rotary kiln. Without the corresponding efficient cooler, there can be no efficient rotary kiln.
Grate cooler is a kind of cooling equipment which collects and cools clinker moving on the bed with certain pressure air in the direction of vertical movement.
Lime cooler: Vertical cooler is one of the main machines of active lime. Activated lime generated after calcination in rotary kiln flows into vertical cooler with refractory materials sequentially. The cross section of the cooler is square, in which the central cold air cap and the chamber cold air cap are evenly distributed. The air cap is connected with an external fan by a pipeline. At the bottom of the cooler, there is a discharge orifice, and each discharge orifice is provided. There is a motor vibration unloader under the mouth. Material accumulates and covers the hood in the cooler, and forms a certain thickness of the material layer. The cooling air is blown in by an external fan and enters the hood through the air chamber. The material cooled by air is gradually eliminated under the action of motor vibration unloader. The air heated by the material enters the rotary kiln directly from the hood of the kiln head and participates in combustion as secondary air.
Function of Cooler
In the cement production process, most raw materials are crushed, such as limestone, clay, iron ore and coal. Finally, high temperature clinker discharged from rotary kiln is cooled by cement clinker cooler to downstream transportation, storage and cement grinding.
