This series of turbines can simultaneously supply electric power and steam for industry usage. Both heat and electric load can be adjusted. It is especially suitable for self-support power stations and district central heat power stations in chemical, textile, sugar and paper making enterprises, where certain electric power is needed and heat load should be adjusted.

2 Ontology Technical Requirements:
2.1 Axis alignment error between back pressure turbine and generator is less than 0.03mm
2.2 Turbine vibration amplitude ≤0.03mm (under the condition of generator vibration amplitude ≤0.03mm)
2.3 The turbine shall be equipped with a thin oil station, which includes the oil tank body, AC oil pump, DC oil pump, oil cooler, oil filter, etc.
2.4 Inlet valve type: the nozzle of the take-off valve is adjusted. When the steam turbine overspeeds, the control system can automatically close the regulating steam valve and the main steam valve through the solenoid valve.
2.5 The coupling connecting the turbine and the generator is provided by the turbine manufacturer;
2.6 The reverse flanges of the inlet and outlet of the turbine (including steam, cooling water, steam seal leakage, etc.) shall be provided by the turbine manufacturer.
2.7 Main parts and components of steam turbine (but not limited to)
2.7.1 cylinder
The cylinder is divided horizontally, and the upper and lower cylinders are connected by flanges and bolts.Steam turbine flow part is a pair of speed stage, the upper cylinder is divided into two parts, the lower cylinder is a whole.The steam chamber is cast in the upper part of the front cylinder, and there are four regulating steam valves. The governor controls its lift through a lever.Cylinder materials are ZG20CrMo.The steam after work is discharged through the exhaust port of the lower half of the cylinder.
2.7.2 Front and rear bearing seats:
The front bearing pedestal and the rear bearing pedestal are respectively connected with the lower cylinder front and rear by a vertical semicircle flange to form a whole, and are arranged on the common chassis together.The rear bearing seat is fixed on the common chassis with screws to form the dead point of steam turbine thermal expansion. The front bearing seat can expand freely along the axial direction.
2.7.3 bearing
The front bearing of the steam turbine is radial thrust bearing, and the rear bearing is radial bearing. The central part of the bearing is lined with copper sheet for maintenance, repair and scraping.The turbine radial bearing is an elliptical tile bearing, and the working surface of the bearing is poured with Babbitt alloy, which can keep the rotor running stably.
2.7.4 Turbine Rotor and Blade
Steam turbine rotor is a whole rotor structure, straight blade is impulse blade, with a certain degree of reaction, are not frequency modulation blade.Blade material: 1Cr13-5, alloy stainless steel, strength and toughness to ensure that meet the requirements of superheated steam intake.
Straight blade root, profile part and girth are milled from whole block material.
The form of blade root is generally T-shaped blade root, T-shaped blade root with outsourcing or forked blade root.
2.7.5 gland
The end seal of the steam turbine is labyrinthine steel belt seal.The axial position of the seal tooth is achieved by adjusting the thickness of the axial gasket matched between the seal body and the cylinder.It is also equipped with a seal cooler to recover the leaky steam from the seal.
2.8 The designed service life of steam turbine is more than 20 years.
