1.Ore dressing equipment high efficiency concentrator product Description:
The high efficiency concentrator produced by our company is suitable for dewatering concentrate and tailings in concentrator, increasing pulp from 20-30% to 40-70%, widely used in metallurgy, chemical industry, coal, non-metallic beneficiation, environmental protection and other industries.
In fact, high efficiency concentrator is not a simple sedimentation equipment, but a new type of dehydration equipment combined with mud layer filtration characteristics.
2. Ore dressing equipment characteristics of high efficiency concentrator:
(1) Add flocculant to increase the size of settling solid particles, so as to accelerate the settling speed;
(2) Install inclined plate to shorten the settlement distance of ore particles and increase the settlement area;
(3) Play the role of flocculation, filtration, compression and increasing processing capacity of mud sediment thick phase layer;
(4) Equipped with complete automatic control facilities.
