2. Metallurgy Machine Working principle of flip dryer:
(1) The nose active sprocket pulls the chain, the chain drives the flap, and the flap carries the material to circulate.
(2) The material first falls into the upper flap through the feed port at the top of the tail, and moves into the direction from the tail to the nose. In the process of moving, the flap is removed by contact with hot air, and the flap is turned down when it is close to the sprocket of the nose, and the material is unloaded into the lower flap. After unloading the material, the flip plate is transferred to the lower layer around the sprocket, and the material is discharged from the upper layer and returned to the tail of the machine. After unloading the material into the lower group, the passive sprocket is added to the tail layer to continue the cycle. The material discharged into the lower group continues to circulate and move dry, and finally discharged into the tail hopper.
(3) Heat source: the heat source of the drying system can be mainly coal, but also can use waste heat of the factory and mine, blast furnace gas, etc., only need to change the hot blast stove technology and data, add fire injection head and accessories. I plant according to user conditions design use methods.
(4) Hot air system: the air is heated by the heating furnace, and then sent to the air duct at the bottom of the furnace by the fan, and then into the branch duct and branch duct through the air regulating valve. The air is blown into the kiln through the distribution holes on the branch duct. After fully contacting with the material, the wet steam carries water from the exhaust outlet on the top of the kiln body.

According to the characteristics of the moisture and the material, the use of aspirant air or layer air distribution, hot air distribution is uniform, and effectively prevent the type ball due to rapid heating two crack, burst, so as to improve the quality of the type ball and less damage rate.
