1. Introduction of cement rotary kiln complete system for active lime production
On the basis of the introduction of foreign advanced technology and continuous innovation, the K-K type active lime production rotary kiln complete system developed by Luokang Mine has independent intellectual property rights, with nearly ten patented technologies; Luo MINING INSTITUTE has the domestic first-class rotary kiln system development research and design team, perfect test and detection means, has formed the active lime production rotary kiln complete system process design, equipment design, installation and commissioning of technical service system.
2. The technical characteristics of rotary kiln complete system for reactive lime production developed by our institute are as follows:
(1) The vertical preheater with advanced structure and low pressure loss can effectively improve the preheating effect, and the decomposition rate of preheated limestone into the kiln can reach 20 ~ 25%, and the fine limestone of 10 ~ 50mm can be used;
(2) Reliable rotary kiln at both ends of the combined scale seal, so that the air leakage coefficient is less than 10%, the use of compound refractory lining, to reduce radiant heat loss;
(3) Filled and partitioned ventilated circular or square vertical cooler, the limestone temperature of the cooler is 80℃, which is easy to transport and store, and the secondary air into the kiln can be preheated to more than 700℃, reducing moving parts and special materials.
