1. Introduction of flotation machine

The flotation machine adopts "U"-shaped tank body, hollow shaft inflatable and suspended stator, especially a new type of impeller. This is a conical impeller with blades inclined backward at an angle, similar to a centrifugal pump impeller with high specific speed. A porous cylindrical air distributor is also installed in the impeller cavity, so that the air can be uniformly dispersed in most areas of the impeller blades in advance, providing a larger pulp-air contact interface.

2. Working principle of flotation machine

When the flotation machine is working, with the rotation of the impeller, the pulp in the tank is sucked from the bottom of the tank to between the blades of the impeller from the bottom of the tank. into it. After the pulp and air are fully mixed between the blades, they are pushed out obliquely from the periphery of the upper half of the impeller, and enter the entire tank after being stabilized and oriented by the stator. The bubbles rise to the foam stabilization zone, and after the enrichment process, the foam overflows from the overflow weir and enters the foam tank. Another part of the pulp flows to the lower part of the impeller, and is stirred by the impeller to form mineralized bubbles again, and the remaining pulp flows to the next tank until it finally becomes tailings.​​

3. Use and maintenance of flotation machine

(1) The working capacity and working time of the flotation machine, like other machines, are determined by maintenance and keep a careful inspection of the main part of the normal working part of all 3-4 months of work, but in the new flotation machine The machine should be checked frequently during the first few months of operation;

(2) Only skilled personnel may conduct inspections;
