1. Working principle of wind-swept coal grinding of ore grinding mill
The raw coal is fed into the drying bin of the mill by the slip of the feeding device. The hot air with the temperature of about 350℃ also enters the mill through the air inlet pipe to dry the raw coal. After drying, the coal enters the grinding bin through the bin board and is crushed under the impact and grinding of the grinding body (steel ball). At the same time, the gas formed by the special exhaust fan takes the pulverized coal out of the mill through the discharging device.

3. The wind sweep | wind swept coal grinding technology features are:

The static and dynamic pressure support mode of single sliding shoe, double sliding shoe or full static pressure support can also be adopted.
(3) Large open gear adopts standard design, equipped with a reliable sealing gear cover, and equipped with automatic glycerine spray lubrication device;
(4) The cylinder is a key part of the mill, and the finite element analysis is carried out on it by computer to ensure its reliability;
(5) large and medium mills are equipped with slow driving device;
(6) large and medium mills are equipped with high and low pressure lubrication stations;
(7) Control and protection system adopts PLC control.
