I. Overview of hydraulic gyratory crusher(stone crusher machine).
The hydraulic gyratory crusher is widely used in metallurgy, building materials, chemical and hydropower industries. It is one of the main equipment for coarse crushing of ores or rocks, featuring large crushing ratio, high production capacity and uniform product size. Gyratory crushers from PXZ 0506 to PXZ 1623 have formed a series with complete specifications, reliable performance, smooth operation and low energy consumption. The hydraulic gyratory crushers are available in two series, PXZ (heavy duty) and PXQ (light duty), of which PXZ series is used for crushing various materials of medium or above medium hardness; PXQ series is used for crushing various materials of medium or below medium hardness.
II. Structure of Hydraulic Gyratory Crusher(stone crusher machine).
The hydraulic gyratory crusher is composed of transmission, seat, eccentric sleeve, crushing cone, middle frame body, cross beam, prime mover, oil cylinder, hydraulic pressure, skid, electric and dry and thin oil lubrication. The electric motor drives the eccentric sleeve through the pulley and bevel gear, when the eccentric sleeve rotates, it drives the crushing cone around the centre of the crusher in a rotary motion. This causes the surface of the crushing cone to move closer and closer to the surface of the fixed cone, so that the material fed into the crushing chamber is continuously crushed by the squeezing and bending action. The crushed material is discharged from the bottom of the crushing chamber by its own weight.
Ⅲ.Working Principle of Hydraulic Gyratory Crusher(stone crusher machine).
The hydraulic gyratory crusher is a crushing machine that uses the gyratory movement of the crushing cone in the cone cavity of the shell to crush ores or rocks of various hardnesses by squeezing, splitting and bending the material. The upper end of the main shaft with the crushing cone is supported in a bushing in the middle of the cross beam and the lower end is placed in the eccentric hole of the sleeve. When the bushing is rotated, the cone makes an eccentric gyratory movement around the centre line of the machine, which makes the crushing action continuous and therefore more efficient than a jaw crusher.
