Ⅱ. Scope of application of impact crusher(stone crusher machine)
PFQ series powerful vortex impact crusher has large feeding granularity and high compressive strength. It can be widely used in the coarse and medium crushing operations of various materials not exceeding 250Mpa in cement, building materials, mining, electric power and other industries, especially suitable for high-speed crushing. Crushing of building aggregates used in special industries such as highways, railways, and water conservancy projects, such as basalt, granite, and river pebbles.
Ⅲ. Working principle of impact crusher(stone crusher machine)
This machine mainly consists of a vortex crushing chamber and a P-section crushing area composed of the upper frame (left and right), the lower frame, the rotor part, the first adjustment part (S crushing section), and the second adjustment part (T crushing section) and transmission department.
The motor is driven by the V-belt to drive the rotor to run at high speed. The material enters the crusher cavity from the feeding port and is struck by the high-speed rotating rotor plate hammer. The material that hits upwards is impacted and broken, and the large pieces and materials are not sufficiently broken. The huge pressure and bending force generated by the thick toothed plate and the plate hammer at the top of the P crushing chamber make even the materials that are difficult to be broken can easily be roughly crushed. Then enter the lower S crushing chamber.
The gap between the tooth-shaped lining plate of the S crushing chamber and the rotor hammer plate is small, and the materials are subjected to frictional impact, breaking, and extrusion to obtain secondary crushing, and enter the T crushing chamber for fine crushing.

The gap between the toothed lining plate of the S and T crushing chambers and the rotor hammer plate can be adjusted according to the user's requirements for different material particle sizes. There is an elastic device behind the T-shaped crushing cavity. When the unbreakable material enters the T-shaped crushing cavity, the elastic device has a buffering effect, so that the size of the discharge port is increased, and the unbreakable material is discharged out of the machine. When the unbreakable material is discharged, under the action of elasticity, the discharge port returns to its original size.
