Introduction to Products
The ball mill is a key equipment for crushing materials after they have been crushed. This type of grinding machine is equipped with a certain number of steel balls as grinding media inside its cylinder.It is widely used in the production industries of cement, silicate products, new building materials, refractory materials, fertilizers, black and non-ferrous metal beneficiation, and glass ceramics, for dry or wet grinding of various ores and other grindable materials. Ball mills are suitable for grinding various ores and other materials, and are widely used in industries such as mineral processing, building materials, and chemical engineering. They can be divided into dry and wet grinding methods. According to different mining methods, it can be divided into two types: grid type and overflow type.
Working principle of cement ball mill
This machine is a cylindrical rotating device, driven by external gears, with two compartments and a grid type ball mill. The material is uniformly fed into the first compartment of the mill through the feeding device and the hollow shaft screw. The compartment is equipped with stepped or corrugated lining plates and contains steel balls of different specifications. The rotation of the cylinder generates centrifugal force, which brings the steel balls to a certain height and then drops them, causing heavy impact and grinding on the material. After the material reaches rough grinding in the first warehouse, it enters the second warehouse through a single-layer partition plate. The warehouse is lined with a flat lining plate and contains steel balls for further grinding of the material. The powdered material is discharged through the discharge grate to complete the grinding operation. It is a key equipment for crushing materials after they have been crushed.
The technical characteristics of large-scale cement mills are:
1.Generally, the support method adopts static and dynamic pressure bearings at both ends, and fully enclosed self-aligning 1200 line contact 'rocker type' bearings are used. Single sliding shoe, double sliding shoe static and dynamic pressure support or full static pressure support can also be used;
2.The transmission forms adopted by the cylindrical grinder include edge disc, center transmission, multi-point meshing edge transmission, etc; The driving forms include asynchronous motor+reducer+small gear+large gear and synchronous motor+air clutch+small gear+large gear;
3.The control and protection system adopts PLC control.
