Introduction of multi-rope friction mine hoist
Mine elevator refers to the main transportation equipment connecting the mine and the ground in mining engineering. Mine hoist is installed on the ground, with the help of steel wire rope to drive the lifting container along the shaft or slope of the lifting machinery. It is used for lifting coal, ore, gangue and lifting personnel, lowering materials, tools and equipment in vertical and inclined shafts.

Mine hoist is mainly composed of working mechanism, braking system, mechanical transmission system, lubrication system, observation and operation system and dragging, control and safety protection system.
Technical characteristics of multi-rope friction mine hoist
Adopting various types of drums, including integral, two-piece, and four piece types;
1.The drum rope groove adopts processed spiral rope groove, folded line rope groove, or spiral rope groove pressed with wood lining and plastic lining, and a steel rope transition device is set between the ropes;
2.Adopting a rear mounted disc brake with oil cylinder and electric hydraulic joint control; Hydraulic stations are divided into two types: medium low pressure and medium high pressure. There are two types of medium and low pressure hydraulic stations: constant braking force electrical delay and hydraulic delay two-stage braking; There are two forms of medium and high pressure hydraulic stations: constant deceleration and constant braking torque two-stage braking. The hydraulic station can be equipped with pressure sensors and pressure relays;
3.The spindle and drum are connected by flat high torque friction connection;
4.A signal monitoring device composed of a photoelectric encoder, a self aligning machine, and a low-speed Chilean speed measuring generator, with complete monitoring and protection functions such as overspeed, over winding, depth indication failure, brake shoe wear, spring fatigue, etc;
5.The control panel comes in two forms: integral and split, all of which use integrated signal lights, reliable electrical instruments, and a new integral operating handle. It also has a digital depth indicator and a depth indication system that integrates digital and screw type depth indicators. Both have dedicated tabletops such as industrial televisions, computers, printers, etc;
6.The Tianlun device adopts a one-piece or two-piece welded structure, supported by rolling bearings and equipped with PVC or nylon friction pads on the wheel rim;
7.It can be equipped with a mine hoist network control and diagnostic system.
