Range of application
The beneficiation equipment is mainly used for the separation of tungsten, tin, tantalum, niobium, iron, manganese, chromium, titanium, bismuth, lead, gold and other nonferrous and black rare and precious metal minerals in the grade of 2-0.02 mm ore and slime, and the separation of 4-0.02 mm pyrite; Sorting out coal and slime after changing the form of bed strip properly; And the separation of other suitable range of mixed materials with sufficient specific gravity difference and particle size composition.
Operating principle
The mineral processing process is carried out on the inclined bed with repeated strips, and the ore particles are sent from the feed trough at the corner of the bed, and the transverse washing water is supplied to the water trough. The ore particles are stratified according to specific gravity and particle size under the action of gravity, the transverse water impulse force, the inertia and friction generated by the reciprocating asymmetric movement of the bed surface, and the longitudinal movement along the bed and the transverse movement along the inclined bed. Therefore, the ore particles with different specific gravity and particle size gradually fan down from side A to side B along their respective direction of movement, and are discharged from different areas of the concentrate end and tailings side, and finally are divided into concentrate, ore and tailings.
The ore particles are subjected to the following three mutually perpendicular forces on the table:
(1) The gravity of the mineral particles in the medium;
(2) The hydrodynamic effect of the lateral water flow and slurry flow;
(3) The dynamic force of the differential reciprocating motion of the bed surface.
Under the action of these forces, the mineral particles in the grooves of the bed strips undergo two basic sorting movements: loose stratification and transport and stripping. The type of bed strips, the friction force on the bed surface and the inclination of the bed surface have an important influence on the sorting process.
Structural features:
The ore dressing equipment is mainly composed of eight system parts, including the bed head, motor, slope regulator, bed surface, ore trough, water trough, rifling bar and lubrication system. The separation mechanism uses the specific gravity difference of the separated minerals, the differential motion provided by the bed head, the inclined water flow and different forms of bed bars to make the ore particles loosely layered on the bed surface, selectively transported, and form fan-shaped zones on the bed surface, thereby producing different rich and poor products.
