Description of 600BPH with de-capper and bucket washer 5 gallon water bottling machine

Production process:
Into the barrel conveying→Automatic lid puller→Automatic outer brushing machine→QGF host (including automatic barrel loading, washing, filling, capping, capping)→Light inspection box→Automatic sleeve labeling machine→Steam shrinking furnace→Code printer→ Automatic bagging machine → palletizer → finished product

PLC programmable system control, integrated management, high automation program, only 1-3 people can complete the operation from source water to finished product.

600BPH 5 gallon water filling machine:
When the bottle feeding photoelectric switch at the end of the machine detects the bottle feeding, the conveying chain in the washing machine will run and drive the bottle to the first cleaning position, and the bottle conveying unit will stop and start the rinsing process. The machine has 4 rows and 12 cleaning positions for bottle rising rinsing, and the maximum cleaning time is 20 seconds.

The cleaning pumps use high standard CNP high pressure pumps, and these pumps are set outside the machine for easy maintenance. All cleaning water tanks use round best standard water tank.
