This machine is a rotary bottle washing machine. The bottles enter the equipment through the puller. The mouth of the bottle is clamped by the clamp and the turnover mechanism, then the mouth of the bottle is turned down. After washing with sterile water, the bottles are drained and automatically turned over to the mouth of the bottle and transported to the filling machine.

Transition wheel

1) Instead of the traditional paddle wheel, the bottle clamp is used to change the shape of the bottle without adjusting the height of the equipment or replacing and adjusting any parts. It can adapt to thinner and lighter bottle shape and reduce the cost of bottle making. The bottle neck dial is made of stainless steel AISI304.

1) The filling machine adopts Italian technology to make the filling speed faster on the premise of meeting the liquid level required for water filling.

2) The bottle lifting mechanism adopts German igus corrosion-resistant maintenance free bearing, without oil lubrication, which can avoid polluting the bottle, the materials in the bottle and the filling environment.

3) The filling valve is made of AISI304 and connected with dynamic and static seals through stainless steel sanitary pipe. Under the action of cam, the lifting mechanism can realize the rising and falling, and the bottle mouth can open the filling process after contacting the filling valve.

4) All rotating discs are made of stainless steel AISI304. The filling power is transmitted by the transmission system in the frame through gears. The supporting bearing is a large flat toothed ball bearing, which runs smoothly and reliably. The bearing is equipped with sealing ring, waterproof ring and other reliable waterproof structures, which can effectively prevent the water on the table from penetrating into the bearing.
