BL-120 blow molding machine is especially used to produce 3 gallon and 5 gallon bottles and is widely used to produce any shape of plastic from PET with neck finishes from 30mm-120mm.

The five gallon blow molding machine is divided into two major control systems (customers can choose freely), one is controlled by a time relay, and the other is controlled by a PLC touch screen computer, which can control technical parameters more accurately, and the machine is easy to operate , Safe, and adopts double emergency stop control in different positions

The function of the air dryer is to process high-pressure gas and moisture in the air to quickly dry the bottle wall and improve production efficiency. Our cold dryer is equipped with precision filter processing, so that the blown out bottle is bright and the cooling speed is fast.
