Description of Vacuum deaerator degassing machine:
The degassing machine is one of the necessary equipment in fruit juice or fruit tea protein beverage production line. It is mainly used for depressing the homogenized juice under vacuum condition and to prevent juice being oxidized and then to prolong the storing period of the juice.
Using of Vacuum deaerator degassing machine:
Connect liquid tank to raw material inlet, the liquid will be sprayed into vacuum tank, during spray process, the vacuum pump will take away air and oxygen from liquid, then vacuumed liquid will be taken out by outlet pump;
Feature of Vacuum deaerator degassing machine:
1. Remove the air in the system to prevent air resistance and ensure the stability and reliability of the system during normal operation.
2. Eliminate water pump capitation and reduce system operation noise.
3. Since the oxygen in the water is removed, the aerobic corrosion of the system will be reduced, and the service time of the equipment will be prolonged.
4. Since the air in the water is removed, no air bubbles will be attached to the surface of the heat ex changer, which improves the heating efficiency.
6. The equipment tank is equipped with a sight glass to observe the depressing of materials in the vacuum chamber.
7. Include CIP cleaning ball, used to clean the entire machine after the equipment is running.
8. After adding water to the cooling tank,the vacuum pump will not stop running due to overheating during operation.
