The 800BPH Semi auto 4 head Carbonated soft drink can filling machine applies pressure filling method, filling cup will control filling volume; Worker open gas nozzles to set volume, then foot press pedal to put bottle to filling head, foot release for filling start, worker press pedal again after bottle fulfilled to take off bottles;

There are 4 filling heads for the machine; There is enough space for bottle diameter and height change; Bottle neck size need to be fixed before machine making. Filling volume can be adjusted by filling cup. It need to work together with carbonated mixer for pressure or pump and high position tank. It will need gas pressure to keep balance pressure.

Principle of 800BPH Semi auto 4 head Carbonated soft drink can filling machine:

Cola or beer is connected to the filling machine after passing through a soda mixer or pressure tank, and the material is pressed into the filling machine through the pressure of the material itself. The filling machine has two air source interfaces, one is connected to the air source, and the other Connect carbon dioxide; the air source interface has an air filter (oil-water separation), the air source is used for the cylinder movement in the filling machine, and the carbon dioxide is used to inject pressure into the canister before filling to make the pressure in the bottle match the filling The machine pressure (that is, the material pressure) is filled under the condition of equal pressure.
