This series of equipment is used for the production of various carbonated beverages in polyester bottles. Realize bottle washing, filling and capping on one machine. The whole machine has scientific and reasonable design, beautiful appearance, complete functions, convenient operation and maintenance, and high degree of automation. Comprehensive use of Italian and German advanced technology. Fast filling speed and stable liquid level control. Such as: no filling when there is no bottle, the filling valve will automatically close when the bottle bursts during gas flushing or filling. Using oil nylon gear transmission, low noise, stable operation of the whole machine. Magnetic torque type capping head is adopted to realize the functions of capping and capping. The screwing torque is steplessly adjustable, and it has the function of constant torque screwing and sealing the plastic cover, and it does not damage the cover, and the sealing is tight and reliable. The horizontal rotary pneumatic cap sorting device has the functions of not damaging the surface of the bottle cap, and sending a signal to automatically refill the cap if the cap is missing in the hopper.

Allocation, refrigeration and mixing system:
Carbonated beverages are mainly composed of water, syrup, and carbon dioxide. The syrup is made through the sugar pot and the mixing tank. After filtration, the syrup is pumped into the syrup tank in the carbonated beverage mixer, and the finished water is also pumped into the water in the beverage mixer. The mixing of the carbon dioxide can be facilitated by vacuum degassing. Through the proportioning system on the beverage mixer, the water and syrup are mixed in proportion to achieve the desired taste, and our mixer incorporates carbon dioxide jet technology to improve the carbon dioxide
The sandy taste of the sour drink is equivalent to Coca-Cola, and the mixed material is cooled by a plate heat exchanger, where the other end of the plate heat exchanger is mainly connected with a water chiller (cold water is provided, antifreeze is added to it, and the water outlet temperature is -3 ℃-8℃ adjustable) connection, we will select the chiller based on the user’s local climate conditions. Through this heat exchange method, the material can be cooled to 0℃～3℃, and the material will be fed into the beverage mixer Carbon dioxide mixing tank, under control
The carbon dioxide is dissolved into the material under proper pressure, and a carbonated beverage with ideal gas lock capacity is made.
