1, Mixing tank

The tank is all made of SUS304 material , meet the standard of national 0Crl8Ni9, suitable for food, beverage and medical industry. It will not rust or lichen. It is joint with 3 parts –topper, bottom and body by high frequency welding, smooth and nice on joint line. The tank plate is suitable to endure pressures. The stirring bar will be rotate with the motor driving. The liquid inside tank will be heated by electrical pipes. The heating can be switched on and off according to thermal meter indications. Lever gauge will show the lever correctly.

2, Double filter

The double filter is composed of 2 filter chambers, one is using in production while the other one is taken for washing, it will enhance working efficiency in this way. The outer tank and filter mesh are all in SUS304 for easy washing, changing and maintainance.

3, Homogenizer

Main function of homogenizer include: improve homogeneity and stability of products, increase the period of maintenance and reduce reaction time, so as to save the

mass of activator and color.

Our factory adopts advanced stainless steel welding technology abroad, selecting the fine polished stainless steel tube, which has improved greatly comparing with the former products we manufactured. Manual control, it is suitable for the liquid material, such as fresh milk, fruit milk, wine, juice, soybean milk and Chinese medicine, as well as the sticky material (for example, sweat condensed milk) upon completing with high-pressure homogenizer.

5, Heat exchanger

Plate heat exchanger is a new type of high efficiency heat exchanger which is composed of a series of metal sheets with a certain corrugated shape. Thin rectangular channels are formed between various plates, through which heat is exchanged. Plate heat exchanger is an ideal equipment for liquid - liquid and liquid - steam heat exchange. It has the characteristics of high heat exchange efficiency, small heat loss, compact and light structure, small space needed, convenient installation and cleaning, wide application, long service life and so on. Under the same pressure loss, its heat transfer coefficient is 3-5 times higher than the tubular heat exchanger,the occupied area is one-third of the tubular heat exchanger, and the heat recovery can be up to more than 90%.
