PD600D Online Dispensing Machine
PD600D is an online dispensing machine developed for the glue applying station in the automotive electronics automation line. The whole machine
includes glue supply system, material preparation system, metering system and three- axis glue dispensing system. The glue supply and metering system can be applied to various assembly fluids including single- component and two- component bonding, sealing, and heat- conducting adhesive applying processes. The self- developed dispensing system has functions such as CCD inspection module, laser height measurement, automatic needle alignment, automatic inspection and weighing, and MES communication.

  • Ease of Operation

The dispensing track is visually guided, and can be quickly edited and changed through software operation. When the products tilt and deviate in position, the dispensing track can be automatically compensated through visual Mark recognition.

  • Glue Weight Control

With the high-precision electronic scale, the calibration frequency can be set freely to automatically calibrate the glue weight to ensure accurate and stable glue delivery.

  • Quality Control

Camera inspection, through high-precision 2D camera inspection to inspect breakage and width of the glue lines, and stores the inspection results and pictures simultaneously for product quality tracing.

  • Non-stoppage Glue Refilling

The piston-type glue refilling unit can replace the traditional one-stand-by-one-use solution, with higher cost performance and higher space utilization.

  • Achievement of High-Quality, High-Precision Dispensing

With needle alignment sensor, the alignment frequency can be set freely for automatic needle calibration to ensure the accuracy and stability of glue dispensing.

  • Solving of Incoming Materials Inconsistency Problem

Laser height measurement, with high-precision laser sensor to detect the height of the incoming product plus visual positioning function, while ensuring effective dispensing, it also avoids equipment wrong movements caused by uncontrollable factors such as incoming product over-height, too flat or too low.
