Introduction of Twin Screw Extruder

Twin screw extruder has compact single shell structure design, cover a small area, it is the ideal choice for fume hood applications. Screw elements and cartridges are designed to scale geometrically through all extruders for easy process magnification.Twin screw extruder adopts PLC control communication system, equipped with integrated feeder control and easy to remove product contact parts.
1. Low raw material consumption and low energy consumption, suitable for experimental research of various thermoplastic polymer materials.

2. Easy to operate, good plasticizing performance, super uniform dispersion, circulation or continuous extrusion, a maximum circulation extrusion dosage of 15-18g.

3. The barrel can be opened, and the screw is removable for easy cleaning.

4. Household electricity 220V, fast heating speed. The barrel cavity is provided with nitrogen protection device. Optional frequency conversion control feeding device.
