Product Description

PF Impact Crushers generally form a cubical shaped product, and are an efficient machine in producing aggregates, and generating fines. Featuring a 4 rows blow bar balanced rotor assembly, these machines offer smooth operation. Access to blow bar and impact plates is made easy by the hinged opening of the main frame. A hydiraulic opening facility is included on the larger machines. The blow bars are reversible, and the product size can be controlled by adjusting the clearance between the blow bars and the impact racks.

Working Principle

When the material enters the plate hammer zone, it is impacted by the plate hammer at high speed so that the crushed material is continuously thrown to the impact device installed above the rotor and then bounced back from the impact liner to the plate hammer zone to be impacted again, and the material is crushed repeatedly in the crushing chamber until it is crushed to the required size and discharged from the lower discharge port of the impact crusher.
