Product Introduction

The cone crusher has features of tight structure, efficient product, adopts bowl type shaft with high precision reserve, and focus lubrication systom, easy adjustment and the spring can product the all the equipment. The cone crusher can avoid the moisture mixed with the oil, and the spring can make up for the airproof, when the airproof wear out about 1/4-1/3, must to exchange the airproof in time. Easy and low cost maintenance, it is the best choice of middle and fine crushing process.

Working Principle

Through the rotation of the motor drive belt wheel or coupling, drive shaft and cone in the shaft line so that the eccentric shaft do periodic swing motion. After the material enters the crushing chamber from the material mouth, it is crushed by the mutual impact of eccentric shaft and mortar wall, extrusion, grinding and rubbing. The hydraulic insurance system can eliminate the top of the support sleeve and the fixed cone when the machine has iron failure or stuffy car, which greatly reduces the maintenance rate and improves the production efficiency while playing a very good insurance role.
