Description of the placer gold washing plant.

Once the entire plant is install, river sand is usually fed into the hopper using an excavator or payloader, which feeds the sand to the trommel screen. Coarse sand larger than 8 mm is screened out. Sand smaller than 8 mm is sent to the centrifugal gold centrifugal concentrator or vibrating gold sluice.(concentrators that achieve high recovery rates are usually recommended, with gold particle sizes ranging from 40 mesh to 200 mesh). Blankets are used to recover the remaining gold in the concentrator.

Shaking table

After gold concenrtate is collected from the centrifugal concentrator and gold sluice blanket, it is usually placed on the shaking table to further improve the quality of the gold.
