This series of products are designed as single stage, single suction, centrifugal slurry pump. According to the structure form can be divided into horizontal ZJ series, and vertical ZJL series. Horizontal pump according to the outlet diameter is divided into 350mm, 300mm, 250mm, 200mm, 150mm, 100mm, 80mm, 65mm, 50mm, 40mm, and other specifications; Each specification of the caliber of the pump according to the head needs to have different impeller diameter for choice.

The series slurry pump has innovation in hydraulic design, structural design and other aspects, the flow parts are made of high chromium wear resistant alloy developed by ourselves, with high efficiency, energy saving, long service life, light weight, reasonable structure, reliable operation, small vibration, low noise, convenient maintenance and other remarkable characteristics.

Pump body adopts double pump shell structure, easy to replace the flow parts, according to the pressure needs of the outer pump shell is made of ball mill cast iron, the inner shell is made of high chromium anti-wear discount cast iron or cast steel.

ZJ series slurry pump is widely used in electric power, metallurgy, coal, building materials, chemical industry and other industries, mainly used to transport abrasive slurry containing solid particles, such as concentrator processing concentrate tailings, power plant ash slag removal, coal preparation plant conveying slime and heavy medium coal preparation, coastal river mining operation conveying slurry. The maximum weight concentration it can handle is: mortar 45%, pulp 60%, according to customer needs can be in series operation.

Seal form: ZJ series slurry pump can adopt two forms of shaft seal: combined seal with auxiliary impeller and mechanical seal. The outlet position of the pump can be installed at 45 degrees intervals and rotated at eight different angles.
