Product description

1.The touch screen control computer inside the cab would realize the accurate the spray volume and spray width. The truck is available for emulsified asphalt, modified emulsified asphalt, heated asphalt, SBS modified asphalt, etc.
2.Advantages: the asphalt spray adopts tri layer spays and the spaying is very even. Even if the spray volume is very small, the surface of the road will not be sprayed unevenly.
3.The automatic circulation and heating of heat transfer oil is available for the tank, pipelines, spay parts. The nozzles would not be blocked even if they are not cleaned by the high pressure air and diesel.
4.One driver is enough to complete the whole spray working process via the touch screen control computer inside the cab. The operation is easy.

5.The spray volume can be controlled very accurately, which will save the asphalt material under the premise of enough volume of asphalt and high quality of the road.

6.Double operation systems. When the control system inside the cab is not working very well, the operation platform on the rear of the truck can be used for normal working and progress of works before the engineer is available to check the program.
