The crushing machine of rubber-tyred mobile crushing plant can be selected as jaw crusher, impact crusher, cone crusher or vertical shaft impact crusher according to the under crushed material. Material is conveyed to the crusher uniformly by the feeder. After being crushed, it constitutes a closed system with circular vibrating screen to realize the cycle crushing. Granularity qualified material is conveyed out by belt conveyor. This series of equipments are widely used in mining ore crushing, building waste recycling, construction aggregate production, highway, railway, and road and bridge construction and so on.

1. The vibrating screen-horizontal screen


(a) sieve more clean than inclined one due to different motion trail.
(b) Due to the different design, the horizontal vibrating screen perform much better on handling small and damp granules.
(c) Tarzan horizontal vibrating screen equipped with a bigger motor than inclined one.
(d) Horizontal installation type, lowering the height when mounted on trailer, easier to transport.

2. The conveyor belt


(a) Belt is chevron type with large pressure bearing,anti-skidding.

3. Trailer frame


We are cooperating with the FAW(first Automobile Work shop) special vehicle factory to design alonethe high strength ship-style trailer for us,according to our technical parameters like dynamic load,static load,vibration frequency and amplitude.

4. Other Technical advantages


(a). Unibody design, electrical cabinets have already been mounted on each trailer.
(b). Electrical elements adopt the type of waterproof,shakeproof,dustproof ,leakage protection,so raining days working is ok.
(c). Cable is concealed design, but convenient to replace for crusher machine price.
(d). The connection of belt conveyor is aviation plug and socket.
