Introduction of Belt Conveyor System

Belt conveyor is a kind of safe conveyor for grain transporting; It will do less damage to the material and will protect the material. It is a kind of constantly conveying machine, widely used in industrial department. It can be applied to conveying various bulk material,like particle, powder of 0.5~2.5t/m³density, also to goods of pieces or packages. It can be used with other conveying machine. With simple structure, it is safe and easy maintaining.

Structure of Belt Conveyor System

A Belt Conveyor consists of a body of a metal frame with pulleys at either end and bed of rollers in between.Belt is looped around each pulleys. When one of the belt is powered by electrical motor, the belting slides across the rollers there by moving the product on the top of the belt. We have technical capabilities to design, manufacture and commission belt conveyors with various bulk densities, moisture, atmospheric conditions and corrosive properties.We manufacture belt conveyors with capacities up to 200TPH.

2. Thread rod type take-up (tensioner) can be fitted at the tail so as to meet various conveying requirements;
