Introduction of fertilizer rotary drum dryer

Rotary dryer is an important component of fertilizer making equipment. It can dry not only organic fertilizer but also inorganic fertilizer and other kinds of fertilizers.

Characteristics of fertilizer rotary drum dryer

1. The shell of the rotary dryer uses assembled structure, it is easy to transport.

2. Add granulation area, improves the granulation effect, and increase the surface finish and strength of particle.

3. The banking plank adopts modular structure, for the materials bestrew the entire interface of shell, so that heat exchange thoroughly.

4. Set with thermometer, vibration device,sealing devices, improves production efficiency, and the structure is simple and maintenance is easy.

Structure and Working Principle of fertilizer rotary drum dryer

Rotary drum dryer includes heating furnace, feed port, rotating cylinder, delivery pie,dust remover and discharge port.

Wet material is continuously sent to the drying cylinder by a conveyor. Hot air make full contact with the material. It will be delivered and scattered by the high-speed hot air, water in the wet material is evaporated. The material gets fully dried in the rotating cylinder.
