200 t/d High Automation Level Lime Rotary Kiln for Dolomite Clinker
Introduction of Lime Rotary Kiln:
The rotary kiln belongs to construction equipment. According to different material, the rotary kiln can be divided into: cement kiln, metallurgy kiln, and limestone kiln.
Various industries such as mineral industries including cement plant, some kinds of chemical plant, paper and agro industry have been using rotary kilns, rotary dryers and related equipment.
Burning and Calcining Process
The rotary kiln will be used in any industrial plants for burning and calcining process of the following materials:
1. Lime, dolomite clinker, chamotte material, magnesia clinker, magnesium loss.
2. Kinds of ore for metallurgical process.
3. Ferrite, perlite, iron oxide, titanium oxide, pigment, hot charging flux.
4. Activated coal, oil cokes.
5. Nickel hydroxide, nickel sulfate, sodium bichromate, electrolysis sediment of copper.
6. Artificial light aggregate and special building material.
Advantages of Rotary Kiln
1. High Automation Level
Lime rotary kiln is with advanced structure. Its pre-heater with low-pressure loss can improve preheating effect efficiently. After preheating, the resolution ratio of the lime-stones can reach 20~25% when they enter the kiln. Besides, the lime-stones, with fine fraction about 10~15mm, can be used directly.
2. Waste Heat be Reused Effectively
The two sides of the reliable rotary kiln are sealed by the combined scales, which can make the air leakage coefficient less than 10%. Composite refractory materials should be used in order to reduce the loss of radiant heat.
3. Low Energy Consumption
The filling vertical cooler, round or square, can be zoned-ventilation, which can make the temperature of lime-stones in the cooler at about 80°C. As a result, it is very convenient to transport and store. It can also pre-heater the secondary air up to the temperature above 700°C, then the waste heat can be recycled to reduce energy consumption.
