16-29 t/h Low Operating Cost Cement Raw Mill in Cement Grinding Plant
Introduction of Cement Raw Mill
Cement Ball Mill consists of a hollow cylindrical shell about its axis. The axis of the shell may be either horizontal or at a small angle to the horizontal. It is partially filled with balls. The grinding media is the balls, which may be made of steel, stainless steel, ceramic, or rubber. The inner surface of the cylindrical shell is usually lined with an abrasion-resistant material such as manganese steel or rubber. Less wear takes place in rubber lined mills. The length of the mill is approximately equal to this diameter.
Application of Cement Raw Mill
The cement ball mill is used for grinding materials such as coal, pigments, and feldspar for pottery. Grinding process can be carried out either in wet or dry way but the former is performed at low speed.
Features of Cement Raw Mill
(1). Ball mill is easy maintenance and operation;
(2). Big crushing ratio, uniform end product size;
(3). Simple structure;
(4). Low operating cost.
