Composition

Process

Raw materials are evenly fed into the jaw crusher by vibrating feeder as primary crushing. Then the belt

conveyor transfers the elementary products into impact crusher or cone crusher as secondary crushing.

Then, the secondary products are separated into different sizes by the vibrating screen (screening

machine), and the stone which does not reach the required size will be return to the impact crusher for re-

crushing. According to the capacity, we design this different stone crushing plant: 40-60TPH rock crushing

plant, 100-120TPH rock crushing plant, 150-180TPH rock crushing plant, 200-250TPH rock crushing

plant, 300-3500TPH rock crushing plant.
