Stone Crushing Plant Description
Stationary cone crusher plant usually use cone crusher as secondary and tertiary crusher. Comparing
with other types of crushers, stationary cone crusher has an advantage of preventing large size raw
materials from damaging crushing chamber. According to different styles, Stationary Cone Crusher can
divided into spring cone crusher, hydraulic cone crusher and Symons cone crusher and etc.
Stationary cone crusher has the features of low cost and high capacity, high reliability and easy operating
and maintenance and etc. This machine can also be divided into two types; the standard type and the
short head type. Normally the large size of material is fed into the standard type, which means that the
size of discharge is also much coarse; and the small size of material is fed into the short head type due to
its steep crushing cone, which will unavoidably influence the size of discharge, and therefore it is much
suitable for producing the fine goods. Consequentially, the standard type is generally used for medium
and coarse material, and the short head type for medium and fine material.
