Equipment Introduction

Oil burner is a combustion device with fuel oil and mainly composed of oil atomizer and air register. Fuel

(diesel, heavy oil, residual oil, tar, oliver oil, etc.) burner has the atomization effect is good, easy ignition

and combustion, flame stability, strong rigidity, no coking, non-clogging, long service life, etc. To burn

light oil, heavy diesel oil, heavy oil, residual oil, tar, asphalt, ollie oil such as liquid fuels. According to

different fuels, divided into light oil (kerosene, diesel oil) heavy oil (residuum) and oil-gas combined

burner.

1, Air supply system has the function to put a certain wind speed and air volume of air into combustion

chamber, the main components are: shell, fan motor, fan impeller, blower gun fire tube, throttle

controller, throttle damper, the adjusting mechanism of the CAM, diffusion plate.

2, Ignition system has the function to ignite a mixture of air and fuel, and its main parts: the ignition

transformer, ignition electrode, ignition high voltage cable.

system mainly include: the tubing and coupling, pump, solenoid valve, nozzle, heavy oil heater. Gas

burners is composed by filter, pressure regulator, electromagnetic valve, ignition electromagnetic valve

group, fuel butterfly valve.

: LFL series, LAL series, LOA series, LGB series, the main difference is different time for each process

step.

Working Principle:

Oil is a liquid fuel, and the boiling point of liquid fuel is always lower than the ignition temperature, so the

oil burning is actually in the gas phase. When oil burning, it is not directly participate in liquid state of

oil, but a "gas". So oil combustion including evaporation, diffusion and combustion process, and at the

same time the burner has the following features:

(1) combustion in the evaporation gasification condition

(2) oil has the characteristics of the diffusion combustion

(3) oil need to after spray then combustion again

(4) oil under different conditions, with different thermal decomposition. There are two main ways of fuel

atomization, a kind of mechanical atomizing pressure type,using high pressure, through the fuel swirl

device to achieve a high rotation speed, by the nozzle to further add speed and broke into tiny droplets,

achieve the goal of atomization. There are simple mechanical atomizing and return mechanical

atomizing two main ways.The other is a medium participation of mechanical atomizing, which divided

into steam atomization and air atomizing. Now the steam atomizing burner is more widely used in large

boiler, the research and development of domestic steam atomizing burner has reached a very high level,

technology advanced and stable.
