Application of High Frequency Screen in the Mineral Ore Dressing Plant
Brief Introduction:
GP series of high frequency screen is a prior device for classifying wet fine particles (Density
30%-40%). It is of high classification efficiency in 3ways: 1, it increases ball mill capacity by greatly
reduce recycling burden and amount of qualified powder on the screen; 2, it avoids coarse ore’s
detrimental effect on concentrate grade by strictly control particle size below the screen; 3, It obviously
increases ore grade below the screen as fine/heavy materials are easy to settle onto sieve and then
pass the sieve when slurry proceed on the high frequency sieve.
Application:
High frequency screen is a good choice for screening and grading the fine particles of mineral ores. This machine has wide application in iron ore, tin ore, tungsten ore, tantalum ore, dolomite sand and some other kinds of mining dressing plants' screening and grading work.
Performance Features:
1. Because of high frequency while little amplitude, fine/heavy materials are easy to settle onto sieve and
then pass the sieve as it reduces slurry surface tension;
2. Wear resistant, anti-clogging and long service life due to optimal designed fine mesh sieve;
3. High capacity and high usage ratio of sieve by multiple feeding;
4. Low power consumption and high efficiency as exciter drives sieve only by transmission device.
