Working Principle:
When materials fed into fine crusher, a liner plate with holes can separate different size materials.
Small-qualified material goes out through the first channel; big size goes to the first coarse cavity,
impacted by high-speed hammer, then fly along tangent of hammer rotating circle, later it heavily strikes
on linear plates, crushed and then return to a place above hammer rotating circle, forming a dense
material layer. Meanwhile, other materials keep falling to the dense material layer at high speed, hitting
against the former crushed material (this is called “stone strike stone” crushing principle), and producing
small materials. The small materials are impacted and crushed repeatedly, and then go to the second
fine crushing cavity, with which you can adjust output product size. Materials are impacted on linear
plates, generating lots of powders. Finally powders go to the third grinding cavity, which is composed of
hammer rotating circle and circular grate frame. During severely grinding, a lot crushed materials
decompound, then small-qualified product cross out grate beam through second channel.
