Dry type ball mill description:

Dry type ball mill features:

Generally speaking, dry type ball mill is composed by feeding funnel, cylinder, discharging funnel and

transmission device, lubrication device etc. On the cover there is only one lap wave linings, inside the

cylinder the surrounding ascension lining is also not flat, but by the two sides to center tilt, dip angle is

about 50, so the effective inside diameter in central cylinder is maximum, can help to prevent the ore in

the cylinder producing segregation phenomenon.

Dry type ball mill is horizontal cylinder rotating device, the outer gear transmission. For all kinds of ores

and other materials it may be grinding with dry type, the main bearing uses double row self-aligning

spherical roller bearing, can reduce energy consumption by 30%.The ball mill frame and pedestal are

integrated, when installation can be put on the foundation surface.

The company plans to start gold production lines, using crushing equipment to break gold ore into particles, and grinding into powder.

The primary ore particle size is 80-100 - mm, after two stage crushing in primary and secondary crushing, and then into the ball mill for grinding. By broken the ore particle size is decreased to the reasonable size for grinding, the ball mill discharging is very fine, by the classifying equipment to grade. The coarse particles return to ball mill grinding again, fine particles into next working procedure.
