Fly ash ball mill introduction:
Fly ash is a kind of mixed material which is formed by the coal ash after the high temperature burning,
and the fly ash ball mill will be required to make much finer fly ash powder to make fly ash cement, fly
ash brick, fly ash silicate block, fly ash aerated concrete, and other building materials, also can be used
as agricultural fertilizer and soil improver, recycling industrial raw material and for environmental
materials.
Application of fly ash ball mill:
It is mainly used in cement, silicate products, new building materials, refractory materials, chemical
fertilizer, black and non-ferrous metal mineral processing and glass ceramics and other production
industries
Fly ash ball mill features:
The fly ash ball mill is composed of feeding part, discharging part, rotary part, transmission part
(reducer, small transmission gears, motor, electric control) and other major parts. Hollow shaft is made
of steel castings, inner lining systems can be replaceable, rotary big gear is processed by cast roll
teeth, inside the cylinder has wear-resisting lining, and good abrasion resistance. This machine is
smooth operated, reliable. Lining systems can be easily replaced.

The company plans to start gold production lines, using crushing equipment to break gold ore into particles, and grinding into powder.
The primary ore particle size is 80-100 - mm, after two stage crushing in primary and secondary crushing, and then into the ball mill for grinding. By broken the ore particle size is decreased to the reasonable size for grinding, the ball mill discharging is very fine, by the classifying equipment to grade. The coarse particles return to ball mill grinding again, fine particles into next working procedure.
