Introduction of Cement Ball Mill:
The ball mill is a key equipment to grind the crushed materials, which is widely used in the manufacture industries, such as cement, silicate, new building material, refractory material, fertilizer, ferrous metal, nonferrous metal and glass ceramics.
Working Principle:
When the materials processing, they are transferred to the grinding chamber through
the quill shaft uniformly. Firstly the centrifugal force caused by rotation of barrel
brings the steel balls to a certain height, then the steel balls impact and grind the
materials into fine powder over a period of several hours. The ground materials are
discharged through the discharging board ,lastly the grinding process is finished.

5.Cylinder is rolled and welded with Q235B steel plate. (the steel thickness is generally 1/100 of the cylinder diameter, for example ball mill of Φ1500, the steel plate thickness is 16 mm), the material of inlet and outlet hollow shaft is ZG35.
