sand washer introduction

sand washer is used to removing the dust in ore and grading ore for the metallurgic, construction material and hydro power industries. It is suitable for the washing work of the fine grain and coarse granularity material.
sand washer is suitable for fine grain and coarse granularity material the washing work,especially suitable for washing the ore for building and ore for road. sand washer has the characteristics of rational construction, easy maintenance, big capacity, low power consumption and high washing cleanliness. The novel leak proof structure,fully enclosed oil bath type transmission device and adjustable overflow weir board guarantee the high performance of screw ore washer.

Features

Working Principle

Materials are fed evenly from the feeding box. Fill the buddle with certain amount of water continuously. The driving unit drives the helical shaft run at the certain speed, which will force the materials to overturn and roll in the buddle and move towards the discharge end. The fine grains of materials and impurity will be drain out through the overflow weir, while the coarse grains will be discharged through the discharge outlet. In this way, materials can be washed, classified, purified and dehydrated.
