XL Series Spiral Sand Washers has the characteristics of reasonable structure, convenient maintenance, high output, low power consumption, and high degree of cleanness. Its novel sealed structure, totally-enclosed oil-bath transmission system, and adjustable overflow slice ensure the characteristics of high efficiency, durability, cleanness, and good dehydrating effect, and reliable product size.

Sand washer application

1. Separation of fine particles and liquid from coarse particles
2. Separation of light particles from heavy particles
3. Separation of the particles into a number of products graded according to size
4. Separation of liquid from solid particles

Working Principle

Materials are fed evenly from the feeding box. Fill the buddle with certain amount of water continuously. The driving unit drives the helical shaft run at the certain speed, which will force the materials to overturn and roll in the buddle and move towards the discharge end. The fine grains of materials and impurity will be drain out through the overflow weir, while the coarse grains will be discharged through the discharge outlet. In this way, materials can be washed, classified, purified and dehydrated.
