2.Features
1. RC96 jaw crusher has good motion characteristics, special cavity design, energy saving by more than 10%, and productivity increased by more than 15%.
2. The unique crushing cavity design of the reinforced concrete jaw crusher greatly improves the utilization rate of the jaw plate. The jaw plate can be switched four times to achieve uniform wear. Improved material availability and extended service life.
3. The tooth surface on the jaw plate in the crushing cavity faces ace (swing jaw plate and fixed jaw plate), which is good for crushing hard materials.
4. The structure design of the adjustable transmission angle makes higher capacity in the same discharge outlet.
5. Fixed jaw plate and swing jaw plate can be changed for each other.
6. The hydraulic adjustment of double-jack for discharge outlet is convenient and labour-saving.
7. Swing jaw and the mainframe can be disassembled easily which is convenient for transportation.

4.Working Principle
When jaw crusher works, electrical motor drives the V-belt to make the swing jaw move following the specific track by the eccentric shaft. After the materials enter into the crushing chamber, they are crushed between the two jaw plates by impacting, bending, and striking, and then discharged from the discharge opening.
